East Dorset foodie

”Arrived to a warm welcome from Ma Bolton (Kate) and an immaculate kitchen in which to learn. After a quick meet and greet with my fellow class mates (who were all great fun!) We all had a clear instruction sheet and everything we needed at our workstations. The lesson was studded with humour, warmth and tips from a real expert.
The step by step instructions were delivered with ease and Kate was happy to answer questions and help with techniques where needed, without taking over.
We were able to have a break with a selection of tea/coffee and some yummy homemade treats from Ma Bolton’s kitchen. All in all a wonderfully relaxed, fun and well organised evening. I came away with a lovely Cheesecake (safely boxed for transit) the instruction sheet and even some chai seeds for my next attempt.
Her passion for good food is infectious and if you have dietary intolerances or allergies you need this lady’s magic in your life! Thanks for a great evening.”

Kate is a brilliant teacher-she gave us step by step instructions and lots of patience. She introduced us to ingredients I had never used before along with some handy cooking tips. All in all a great relaxing evening with lots of fun. I was lucky enough to be given vouchers for Christmas, so I’m definitely going back. The cheesecake was a real success, looked very professional and tasted delicious too. Thanks kate. ”
