I am a gluten-free food producer, my aim is to create food that invigorates the taste buds taking the customer on a Flavour Adventure. I started off baking and creating foods that my two sons could eat as they both had intolerance to dairy and I was unable to tolerate gluten. I work from home in my kitchen producing cakes, bakes, jams, chutneys and syrups. And have recently partnered up with Purbeck ice cream to create the Great Taste award-winning gingerbread icecream which uses my gingerbread syrup.
